  My boyfriend had his truck stored here and was a loyal customer for over a year while he is in Alberta. He came to pick up his truck the other day and had noticed somebody had broken in to his truck, tore apart the dashboard and stole his stereo equipment and touch screen deck. How is this possible if they have a gated storage space with multiple cameras and 24 hr manager on site?

  Terrible customer service! They even deleted my review the other day so I will post again sinse they haven't even attempted to fix the issue.

  They even delete bad reviews (they did for mine on Facebook. ) truly shows what kind of company they are. That's some bad customer service.

  Mario was very helpful and showed me around and what he did with containers. Didn't buy a container but will soon as I get area ready for it! Thanks for good suggestion of how to prep for it! Will be back soon.

  He went to go get his keys and the front desk told him that they did not know where the keys were along with his remote starter. They didn't even try and fix the situation, they just didn't care. He got a truck with a flat bed to come pick up the truck and needed to use the company's loader, the loader operator was apparently rude and said he "doesn't get paid to do this." He charged my boyfriend 120$ to load the truck which would have been fine if it weren't for the fact that they lost his keys, remote starter and the truck got broken in to.

  Staff are fantastic to deal with. The facility is fantastic and maintained to a T! I've organized purchases here and found them very accommodating and understanding

  Many of us yard care and property maintenance folks store our equipment here in their contractors' compounds. I have to admit, they keep the yard in really good shape. Even with the recent 30 cm of snow we just got hit with, I was able to access my equipment easily from my shipping container and easily back up my vehicle to and from the compound and container.

  Mario at ADM came to the rescue when a storage container delivery went sideways - delivery driver's issue, not ADM - but regardless, Mario and his team stepped up organized everything for a second delivery the same day, and everything went AMAZING thanks to Mario and Jakub's Transportation! Thanks to Both!
